Kristine was everything we could have hoped for with a realtor. She knew the area and worked closely with us to find the home we wanted and could afford. She had such an attention to detail and saw things we never would have noticed. When we found the home we wanted to buy she was so helpful to us with setting up inspections and meeting with the selling agent. With us living out of state she took care of the things we couldn't. There is no way we could have bought this home without her. She worked very hard for us and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a home or wanting to sell theirs.

Kristine found a good contractor for repairs necessary to ready the house for sale,and when the HOA came up with a last minute requirement to paint the house, she found a good painter and the job was done in two days. Kristine exceeded expectations throughout the home sale process. When something needed to be arranged to sell the home, Kristine arranged it same day.

Kris is very professional and works hard for her clients.
Our home was being sold as a relo. Kris had to deal with more than just us and the buyers agent. We are in a different state and Kris made sure we knew everything that was going on via email or text or calls. Communication was outstanding.
Kris sold us the home in 2009 when we came to AZ. She was our third agent. When it came time to sell and we knew we were going thru relo, Kris was the first person who came to mind. If I ever moved back to AZ Kris will be the first to know.
